The Brief:
The grass on this garden lawn in Greenhithe, Kent was in a reasonable condition. The problem the owner had was that it took up a lot of his time maintaining it because his son loved to play football.
So once the lawn had had its final cut the owner put the lawn mower on ebay and we got to work.
Our Work:
Timber fixings were concreted in around the perimeter below the line where the grass would eventually sit. 8 tonnes of Type 1 and 3 tonnes of granite dust were put down, compacted and levelled on top of a thick membrane. We were then able to fit the Rectory artificial grass.
The owner was not only happy with his new lawn but he also sold his lawn mower on ebay!
