Solving a problem at a Nursery

The Work:

We had fitted artificial grass for this nursery in the Docklands, East London 10 years ago. During covid they had installed a marquee over it which had enabled them to remain open. The problem they were now facing was from run off water from surrounding plots flooding their grass. They asked us to redesign the area by raising the grass and providing them with firm fixings for the outdoor marquee.

To do this we concreted in sleepers around the perimeter of the area which could be used as fixings for the new Meadow 30mm grass and for the canopy. Adding extra groundworks provided the additional height to the area. Problem solved!
