The Brief:
This project in Charlton, South East London is another example of how raising the grass area can make the garden look much larger. A simple explanation of why this happens is: When we raise the grass we remove the edges (which the eyes can be drawn to) and thus our eyes move across the lawn quicker making the garden appear bigger.
Our Work:
To make this transformation we needed to dig out the existing grass and top soil before adding 5 tonnes of aggregates. This built the garden up to the correct level before fitting the grass.
The Grange grass was chosen. Another happy customer gained!
