The Brief:
The back garden of this newly purchased house in Welling, South London had recently been hard landscaped with Indian sandstone paving. The problem with the garden now was the lawn. It looked a mess and it sat up too much above the level of the paving. To sort this out we needed to lower the lawn before installing artificial grass.
Our Work:
We stripped away the existing real grass and dug away the top soil. This lowered the lawn 6 inches. We then installed the groundworks. An angle grinder was used to put a concrete fillet fixing inside the paving. This would leave a clean neat edge to cut to.
The grass fitted was our luxury grass The Grange.
