Laying artificial turf for a school in Basildon

The Brief:

Lee Chapel Primary School in Basildon, Essex had a new entrance and car park built as part of renovation works. To present a good first impression for visitors to the school we were asked to fit artificial turf on either side of the entrance.

Our Work:

The building contractors who were on site building the new extension used their large diggers to dig out the areas and add the Type 1. We were then able to go in and put in a top layer of granite dust, a combination of fixings and concrete fillets around the perimeter and finally the Knoll grass.

We think the end results create a welcoming first impression to the school.
