Lawn in Bexleyheath in need of attention
The grass in this back garden in Bexleyheath, London was proving no match for the Jack Russell that lived there! It culminated in a dirt pan area in the summer and then a mud pit in the winter. Change was needed.
You can really see the love and attention that has gone into the groundworks here:
- 4 inches of soil and turf were removed
- A membrane fitted
- Timber fixings concreted in
- Type 1 sub base added
- 2 tonnes of granite dust put down on the top layer, perfectly compacted and screeded
Our 30mm grass the Rectory was used to complete the work. It left an ideal playground for the dog!
