Kids get a magnificent new play area

The Work:

Thanks to fantastic support by the PTA in fund raising we were asked to install 330 sqm of artificial grass in 2 separate areas of a School in Lewisham, London. One area was designed for the children to be able to run around and let off steam and the one had climbing apparatus installed.

Our groundworks were exactly the same as our residential installs, however we installed 50mm of shock padding under the ‘fall zones’ below the climbing apparatus allowing for a critical fall height of 2.5 metres in case of any accidents. The grass fitted was the Meadow 30 pu.
