The Brief:
The owners of this small back garden in Orpington, Kent were wanting an easy care garden design or in other words they wanted a garden that needed as little maintenance as possible whilst still looking great. They started their new design by re-paving a path and patio area. To complete their easy care garden design they asked us to install artificial grass.
Our Work:
We removed 4 inches of turf and top soil so that when the the groundworks and grass were added the grass would stand just above the paving. Even with a small job like this we made certain to install our usual high quality groundworks consisting of fixing timbers, membrane to prevent weeds, 2-3 inches type 1 and 1 inch of granite dust.
The grass the customer chose was from our new Super Soft Range, the Spring. It has a great looking 25mm pile that is quick to recover once stood on.
What a fantastic clean finish and we can honestly say it will look exactly like this for many years to come unlike grasses laid on inferior groundworks.
