The Brief:
This property in Beckenham, Kent had just had a large extension put on the back of it along with a new patio. Following these building works the garden had been left in a mess with a large dip going through it.
We needed to fix the large dip in the garden lawn before completing the groundworks and adding the artificial turf. The owners would then have a lawn in keeping with the rest of the property.
Our Work:
To flatten the lawn we excavated the turf and soil 3-4 inch below the required depth of the lawn. We could then begin building the lawn back up with our groundworks and grass.
A total of 11 tonnes of Type 1 were used in this garden.
Finally the Knoll artificial grass was securely attached to the fixings. The end result was a beautiful level garden lawn.
