Fitting an artificial turf lawn in Caterham
The Brief:
This large back garden in leafy Caterham, Surrey was not looking good. The reason for the downfall of the lawn had been twofold.
- The garden had been subject to months of heavy rain over the Autumn and Winter.
- The owners two boxer dogs loved to run around and play outside.
We were asked by the owners to revitalise their garden with an artificial turf lawn.
Our Work:
To begin with we removed the worn out turf and excavated over 14 tonnes of soil and dirt to bring the lawn level. We replaced this with 17 tonnes of aggregates to provide a solid foundation on to which we could lay the artificial turf lawn.
Finally the Heath artificial grass was installed.
The garden area now boasts a beautiful artificial turf lawn that is dog and ‘human’ friendly with no more mud!
