The Brief:
This house in Mottingham, London was looking to add a new home office and artificial grass in the garden. According to many estate agents these are two of the most in demand features with potential buyers in today’s climate.
The artificial grass means the kids can play outside even if it’s been raining and the outdoor building is a great place to work from just a stone’s throw from the main home.
Our Work:
We don’t install home offices but we have been asked to install artificial grass around the outside of many. On this occasion contractors put in the office and we followed up by putting in our high quality groundworks and the Rectory grass. Having artificial grass around the garden office will mean that no mud will be bought into the home office or the house.
