A back garden renovation in Kent
We were called in to complete this back garden renovation in Kent. This newly renovated house in Swanley had just had an extension built on to the rear and a new patio laid. The owners now just required 95 square metres of artificial turf laying to complete their garden. The main focus of this installation was to bring the grass level with the patio and the summer house.
The existing grass level was 6 inches above the patio so with the help of Cedar Paving and a small digger we removed over 15 tonnes of turf and soil to bring the garden lawn down 3 inches below the patio.
We then put down 60 metres of fixing timbers, 95 square metres of membrane and over 10 tonnes of mixed aggregates before we finally laid 95 square metres of the Heath artificial grass.
To make the finish of the lawn look great we integrated the summer house concrete base into our ground works.
This garden renovation in Kent was now complete and made the back garden look great.
