The Work:
The owners of this home in Rayleigh, Essex had a spent a lot of time and money re-landscaping the back garden, however the lawn area was still muddy for 6 months of the year. This prevented them from using the area as often as they would like.
We removed 10 tonnes of soil and grass and added a larger clean stone in the wetter areas to improve the drainage. The Spring 35 recyclable grass was fitted and now the clients had a year round useable area.
