Sometimes it is the garden surrounds that dictates the quality of the lawn and sometimes it can be how it is used.
In this particular garden in Chelmsford, Essex the conifers at the rear mean’t a third of the lawn never really thrived and combined with the family spaniel this lawn was never going to win any awards.
We got to work installing our groundworks and the Knoll 35 recyclable grass which solved both problems.
