The Work:
We were asked to fit artificial grass in the garden of this property situated in the beautiful village of Shoreham in Kent. This addition would make the house beautiful inside and out.
The muddy lawn was set on two different levels and was in between the new garden room and the large patio.
To start we raised the area with 75mm recycled stone which solved the drainage issue as well as levelling the area out.
The usual groundworks were put in with 4.5 tonnes of stone, 6.5 type one and 3 tonnes of granno.
The new level area makes the garden look much larger and certainly cleaner. The grass fitted was the Spring 30 pu.
