A large garden in Gravesend fitted with 100 sqm Heath grass

The Brief:

This large garden in Gravesend, Kent would take some work to give it a quality artificial grass install. We needed to replicate the shape of the existing lawn changing the grass for artificial grass.

Our Work:

8 tonnes of top soil and grass were removed before we could start on the groundworks. 60 metres of timber fixings were concreted in place around the perimeter to attach the grass to and 12 tonnes of aggregates compacted in for drainage and stability. Below this 100 sqm of membrane were added to stops weeds growing through. Finally 100 sqm of the Heath artificial grass was joined together and shaped to the design of the existing garden. A lot of hard work from the installation team but it looked great in the end.
